All moving parts inspected
All bolts and fittings checked and secured
Tyres inspected and inflated to the correct pressure
E‑bike‑specific checks: motor or motorised hub visually inspected, control computer fastening checked, walk‑assist function tested, and brake sensor operation verified

No new parts fitted during this service
Standard Interim Service with additional e‑bike‑specific checks at no extra cost:
Includes all elements of the Basic E‑Bike Service, plus more in‑depth adjustments to resolve brake and gear faults
Replacement of brake pads and externally routed brake/gear cables where required
Inspection and adjustment of non‑motorised hubs
Drive train components (chain, chainrings, cassette and derailleurs) inspected for wear and correct function
Disc brake calipers re‑aligned with rotors
E‑bike‑specific checks:
Battery condition and mounting checked
Lights tested (where applicable)
Brake sensor operation verified
On‑board computer or control unit checked for secure mounting and correct function
Walk‑assist controller tested
Power‑assist modes checked for correct operation
Important notes:
Some older Pedelec rear‑hub‑driven e‑bikes require additional work to disconnect the hub motor from the management unit to remove the rear wheel; extra charges apply if this is necessary
Non‑EAPC‑compliant e‑bikes cannot be accepted (see terms and conditions)
Includes everything in the Interim E‑Bike Service, plus a full strip‑down, deep clean and inspection of key components:
Full strip‑down, clean and inspection of non‑motorised hubs, headset and bottom bracket (motorised‑hub e‑bikes only)
Bearings cleaned, re‑greased and refitted, or replaced where required
Full service of mechanical and hydraulic brakes
Hydraulic brake fluid bled or replaced as required
Brake calipers cleaned and re‑aligned with rotors
Brake pads replaced as required, with piston inspection to identify any leaks
Wheel rims and spokes inspected, with wheels trued where possible
(Note: it is not always possible to fully true a damaged wheel)
Puncture repair included, with tyres/inner tubes replaced as required
