Includes everything in the Basic Service, plus more in‑depth adjustments to resolve brake and gear faults:
Replacement of brake pads, gear cables and brake cables (externally routed) where required
Hubs inspected and adjusted for smooth operation
Drive train components (chain, chainrings, cassette and derailleurs) inspected for wear and correct function
Disc brake calipers re‑aligned with rotors
Includes everything in the Interim Service, plus a full strip‑down and inspection of all major components:
Complete strip‑down, clean and inspection of hubs, headset and bottom bracket
Bearings cleaned, re‑greased and refitted, or replaced where required
Chain and cassette inspected, tested and replaced as needed
Full service of mechanical and hydraulic brakes
Hydraulic brake fluid bled or replaced where required
Brake calipers cleaned and re‑aligned with rotors
Brake pads replaced as required, with piston inspection to identify any leaks
Wheel rims and spokes inspected, with wheels trued where possible
(Note: damaged wheels cannot always be fully trued; additional charges apply for replacing missing or damaged spokes)
Puncture repair included, with tyres/inner tubes replaced as required
(Excludes tubular and solid tyres; surcharge applies for tubeless tyres)
Includes everything in the Full Service, plus a complete strip‑down and deep overhaul of all major components:
Full strip‑down of the entire bike, with frame, wheels and all components inspected, cleaned and expertly re‑fitted
Freehub service, including inspection and replacement of bearings, pawls and springs; installation of a new freehub if required
Chain-ring replacement as needed
Crank replacement as required
Replacement of internally routed gear and brake cables/housings (where applicable)
Pedal service — pedals examined, cleaned and re‑greased
Seatpost and saddle service — seatpost inspected for fatigue, cleaned and reinstalled with appropriate anti‑seize or friction paste; seatpost clamp/QR cleaned and re‑greased; saddle inspected (not removed from clamp)
Frame polish
Important notes:
Electronic shifting wiring, connectors, batteries, bar‑tape, under‑tape housings, internally routed bar/stem housings and shifters will not be removed
Handlebars will not be removed from the stem (stem bolts will be inspected)
Internally routed hydraulic hoses will not be removed
Internally routed gear and brake cables through the frame will be removed and replaced if required
Please advise if you have had a bike fit, as this may affect component positioning.
