My name’s Rich, and I founded Route 6 Cycles in 2016. Since then, I’ve completed servicing, repairs, upgrades, and full renovations for well over a thousand riders across Mansfield and the surrounding Nottinghamshire area. The workshop has grown through word‑of‑mouth, repeat customers, and a simple promise: honest, high‑quality bike repairs without the big‑shop attitude or pricing.

Why I do this

I’m a lifelong cyclist who became increasingly frustrated with the cost and inconsistency of larger bike shops. What started as fixing my own bikes grew into helping friends and family, and eventually into becoming a fully qualified cycle mechanic. Today, Route 6 Cycles is built on that same passion — offering riders in Mansfield a friendly, reliable workshop they can trust.
